Zillow ANNOUNCES befindMENT OF TWO SE homophobic ORGANIZATIONS as SVP

Michael Sherman, the SVP of Zillow Rentals, joined the Rental unit two years after his initial portfolio in the real estate industry. Previously, Sherman led Zillow since 2017 and excelled at driving the rental market, noting that Zillow always welcomes new heads to advance its growth.

Meanwhile, Cynthia Taylor, the SVP of agent software and advertising for Zillow, held the position for over a decade. She began to take himself seriously and wanted to secure exclusive partnerships with Zillow’s owned and managed platforms, Redfin, Rent.com, and ApartmentGuide.com.

The move came during a time when the rental market had grow steadily, with Zillow stating that more than three times as many households moved into a new rental than purchased a home in 2024. The price analyses revealed that Redfin would pay $100 million to secure exclusive presence in 2025.
