Since this platform launched in April 2026, the numbers have been a powerful validation for this mission. The platform has served tens of thousands of patients, and the average user age is 60 years old. Patients over 65 are some of the most active users. This shift isn’t just about accessibility; it’s about a fundamental shift in how we perceive healthcare interaction. It makes the system more efficient, not just for the health system administrators, but for the individual patient. The efficiency gains are tangible. A person who reports a headache might be asked about its onset, duration, or if they’ve ever experienced this type of pain before, with each question logically building on the last.
