Xnurta Expands with New Headquarters in Bellevue and London Office

In a strategic move reflecting its growth in the AI-powered advertising space, Xnurta has established a new U.S. headquarters in downtown Bellevue, Washington. The company, which specializes in using artificial intelligence to help brands optimize their advertising on platforms like Amazon and Walmart, has settled into a 5,536-square-foot office space on the seventh floor of One Bellevue Center. This location at 411 108th Avenue N.E. places Xnurta strategically close to several Amazon office locations in Bellevue, reinforcing its connection to the e-commerce giant whose platform plays a crucial role in its business model. According to LinkedIn data, the company currently employs 17 people in the Seattle area, forming the core of its U.S. operations.

Alongside its U.S. expansion, Xnurta announced the opening of a London office in the heart of the city’s business district, signaling the company’s commitment to international growth and serving clients globally. This dual expansion comes at a time when retail media is experiencing unprecedented growth in the advertising industry, with AI technology accelerating that trend. As CEO Kashif Zafar explained, “Retail media is the fastest-growing channel in advertising, and the adoption of AI is compounding that growth. Our new offices in Bellevue and London are strategic hubs that will allow us to better support clients, deepen our partnership with Amazon, and accelerate our ability to bring trusted, agentic AI to more brands and agencies around the world.” These carefully chosen locations position Xnurta to better serve existing clients while pursuing new business opportunities in key markets.

The company’s evolution reflects both technological innovation and strategic positioning in the rapidly evolving digital advertising landscape. Originally founded in 2018 under the name Xmars, the company rebranded as Xnurta in January of this year as part of parent company SparkXGlobal. This rebranding coincides with the company’s expanded capabilities and ambitions in the AI-driven advertising space. Xnurta has built its reputation on creating AI systems that autonomously manage the complex process of real-time bidding for online advertising inventory, handling the split-second decisions that determine ad placement and pricing across major e-commerce platforms.

What sets Xnurta apart in the crowded adtech landscape is the scale and sophistication of its AI operations. The company’s AI Copilot technology powers more than two million bidding decisions daily across Amazon and Walmart advertising platforms. These decisions happen in milliseconds as part of programmatic advertising auctions, where brands compete for valuable digital real estate to showcase their products. The company’s technology handles this volume while optimizing for performance metrics that matter to advertisers—conversion rates, return on ad spend, and ultimately sales growth. Beyond just placing ads, Xnurta’s Amazon Marketing Cloud Hub gives brands deeper insights into their advertising data, helping them understand consumer behavior and refine their marketing strategies accordingly.

The company has attracted notable clients including global technology manufacturer Lenovo, consumer electronics brand Anker, and power tool maker Greenworks. These companies represent the growing roster of brands turning to AI-powered solutions to navigate the increasingly complex world of e-commerce advertising. For these clients, Xnurta’s technology offers a competitive advantage in the crowded online marketplace, where visibility can directly impact sales performance. The autonomous nature of Xnurta’s AI means these brands can maintain optimal advertising performance around the clock without requiring constant human intervention, freeing marketing teams to focus on strategy rather than day-to-day bid management.

As retail media continues to claim a larger share of advertising budgets globally, Xnurta’s expansion positions the company to capitalize on this growth trend. The new Bellevue headquarters and London office represent physical manifestations of a broader strategy to scale operations and enhance client services across different markets. By establishing a presence in both a major U.S. tech hub and a key European business center, Xnurta demonstrates its commitment to supporting international brands with their global advertising efforts. As e-commerce platforms continue to evolve their advertising offerings and as more brands shift spending toward retail media, Xnurta’s AI-driven approach puts the company at the intersection of two powerful trends—the rise of marketplace advertising and the application of artificial intelligence to marketing challenges.
