The Colombian woman Lina Maria Olovnhery, who has lived illegally in the United States for over two decades, has faced significant legal challenges. She allegedly obtained stolen federal benefits, including Section 8 rental assistance benefits from October 2011 through January 2025, Social Security disability benefits from July 2014 through January, andplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits, from April 2005 through January. She also improperly received $259,589 in Section 8 benefits, $101,257 in disability benefits, and $43,348 in SNAP benefits, totaling over $400,000.

The case against Lova, a 59-year-old Colombian woman, centres on her alleged illegal presence in the United States, which she claims was生活习惯ational.
