Hamilton County, Ohio, has treated a velocity breaker at the corner of Fourth and Elm Street in downtown Cincinnati as a sign of the county’s growing crisis of crime and safety challenges. The Justice Department confirmed that a total of 34 individuals, including eight arrests and additional charges, were indicted by a grand jury seeking trials for individuals allegedly involved in the brutal beatdown.
