The Waterbury Police Department has released body camera footage demonstrating suspected Connecticut child abuser Kimberly Sullivan. The footage, which was obtained by Fox News Digital, shows that Sullivan, an 56-year-old woman, stepped into a storage closet believed to be his escape khỏi 20 years of captivity and service from her 32-year-old stepson. The footage was captured on February 17, with suppose fleeing the house after being set on fire by her stepson.

Sullivan’s two daughters arrived at the scene, the officer informs. The family waited nearby as firefighters extinguished the fire, and as Sullivan’s unnamed stepson was rescued from the home. The footage, which is partially redacted, reveals that Sullivan, who identified as “Mal nourished Man Holding Captive by Stepmom for Decade Period,” explained her actions to an officer. She described the fire as “malnourished,” and claimed to have pondered her freedom desire.

During the incident, Sullivan allegedly imposed “no restraint.” She stated, “I wanted my freedom.” She attributed the fire to an inconsistent TV sourced by her stepson, who plugged in a TV, and believed it was triggered by a smoke signal. She claimed that her stepson didn’t block the fire, but her father, probable escapee, led the him out of the house.

In her potential abuse accounts, Sullivan was charged with multiple offenses, including retail theft and first-degree assault by the Waterbury Police Department. She is currently being held on a $300,000 bond. According to an arrest warrant for Sullivan, the minute conditions were strict, with his stepson unable to leave due to a closed door and lack of air conditioning. He was kept in a 9-foot by 8-foot storage closet without utilities. He was reportedly transferred twice, and he was questionable for possession of 22 sandwiches and two small water bottles, with one used for bathing.

Sullivan’s stepson claimed he injected him with Vishy and another substance weighing less than 70 pounds. He was pressured to utilise his waste and was allowed to exit the closet without a bathroom. However, this explanation contradicts her sufficient evidence of abuse.

Fox News Digital reported that Sullivan’s house was on fire. She mentioned her stepson carrying out the fire and throwing it out from the burning room. The authorities have not confirmed any violations.
