Janelle Rohner, a certified macro coach and television health influencer, revealed that she admitted to using a GLP-1 medication in her health programs after receiving criticism for it. She denied the allegations and claimed to refund fans who had purchased her programs. In a TikTok video shared on April 27, Rohner responded to a fan’s question about whether she had yet refunded those purchasing her health programs. She replied, “Yes,” within hours of the fan’s inquiry.

Rohner, a certified macro coach, acknowledged that she was “willing” to refund fans in a previous TikTok video, which she posted three days earlier. She clarified that she had “disclosed” her GLP-1 medication in a recorded video, pointing out that it was an unknown medication used to help her lose weight. Rohner stated that she revealed her medication intent because she believed there were no benefits to出售, and she was “extremely honest” about her decision. She added that while she felt “h veree behind when fans started complaining,” she believed that her zinc suit and weight loss tactics were valid.

Rohner also explained why she explained her GLP-1 medication. She said she felt亚当无法改变自我,是无法接受自己在“自我测验”中失败的,因此选择了隐藏自己的情報,因为他在那个夏天运动时感到的心理各异和困惑。她解释道,她不想被指责为“伪自相矛盾”,所以她选择不完全公开自己“测量身体”的行为。她还指出,她一直坚持使用的是“30天削减”课程和“脂蛋白101”在线课程,但不是关于营养学的课程。

Rohner revealed that she uses a “anti-anxiety, antidepressant medication” during her health programs, which has helped her lose weight. She concluded, “If you want to stay here and follow my journey and support me, I love you, thank you. If my page is not for you, I am sorry as well. I’m just trying to be honest and continue my journey.” She emphasized that her obesity program is about self-tracking and providing strategies for achieving goal weight.

On Wednesday, April 23, Rohner shared another video about her GLP-1 use on a YouTube page. She wrote, “This isn’t easy to say, but I owe it to you to be honest. Janelle Rohner is microdosing a GLP-1.” She further clarified that she is not perfect, but she’s healing, echoing her belief in the potentialmiracle of growth after mental wellness struggles.

The study suggests that gradual use of GLP-1 doesn’t harm the brain because it’s not enough to offset the default brain response. This approach could explain why some people might be using GLP-1 medication for weight loss. The key is to focus on mental health and growth, rather than dismissing personal struggles as ‘subtracting’ losses.

In the final remarks, Rohner stated, “If you want to stay here and follow my journey and support me, I love you, thank you. If my page is not for you, I am sorry as well. I’m just trying to get back on track and continue my journey.”
