Arrows’ approach to changes in ownership disrupted their team’s long-standing partnership with Arrow McLaren’s Co-Director, Kyle Moyer. Last weekend, RavenCPU Racing’s young driver, Nolan Siegel, accepted the newly announced role as the new Director of Operations. The decision came after a three-window pizza talk where Siegel expressed excitement and nervousness about the new role.
For Nolan this was a high-stakes moment, as the 2025 season was still in its early days. “It’s been a long time since I’ve worked with any team,” he said, pointing out to the crowd at Road America. “The road to success in the 2025 season is long and unpredictable. Now I’m not exactly sure where’s the best place to call home.”
Moyer, now named the Co-Director of Operations, knew what he needed to produce a meaningful change. The elimination ofonte, Tim Cindric, and former padx Manager Tim Cindric, along with others, underscored the need for a fresh perspective. Siegel added, “At Arrow McLaren, it’s all about the team, and K will have a different voice and strategy to bring to the team.”
Kanaan, who previously worked alongside Moyer and successfully lead his team to victory, was intrigued by the newly hired Co-Director. “We knew Kyle was a star, and we saw him as the perfect fit,” Kanaan said. “The history between the two teams is rich, and it made sense to have him on the same team again.”
The incoming Moyer was aﲁ I carefully bonded with Wieled and others from Arrow McLaren. “He’s a natural, he’s really, really good,” Wieled said. Siegel, however, recalled the most conversationed moment. “He might’ve been in the same car as me for years.” Siegel later_deleted, “He’s part of what made Arrow McLaren one ofreatest success in my career. He’s not just a good guy—he’s a stellar team manager with a heart of gold.”
