Kevin O’ Neal Faces ciphered collide with Law Enforcement in Tennessee

Kevin O’ Neal, a 54-year-old Tennessee man, faces a criminal case after he appeared to attempt to detonate explosives during police pursuit of him allegedly inside his home.
